I sell a variety of products at The Island Farmers Market.
I started off by brewing a traditional ginger beer - very refreshing on a hot day!
Lately my store has included the lovely old fashioned sweets we used to have when I was a child: Sherbert, aniseed balls, humbugs, acid drops, black balls and coconut ice.
My garden is flourishing so sometimes I have a delicious rubarb & ginger jam.
I also work for Man O' War Station CLICK HERE at the Eastern end of Waiheke Island and I bring their fabulous olive oil and honey to the market. In a few months look our for the biggest feijoas you've ever seen from their extensive orchard.
