A family business begun in 1914 by Carl Vogtherr and continued today by his great-granddaughter Claire. We still use the same hand made brines, natural wood smoking and drying processes that create dry cured bacon that crisps, and delicious tasting, sugar cured Holly ham. Our range of specialty meats includes prosciutto, pastrami and raw smoked chickens.
