Farmers' Market Taranaki Trust owns the canopies and removable sidewalls used at our markets, together with display tables, sandbags and ropes.
To maintain a consistent standard of presentation, stallholders may not use their own canopies unless prior approval is given by the Trust.
Vehicles are not norrmally permitted in the market area during market hours, for safety reasons.
In exceptional circumstances (e.g. if a chiller vehicle is the only option to store produce like meat or fish) the Trust may waive this condition.
If stallholders are in any doubt about canopies or any aspect of product presentation, please talk to a Trustee.
All our canopies are 3x3M or 3x6M. Each stallholding is 3x3 space for shareing their great produce.
Smaller "Growers tables" (1mx1m) are available for home gardeners attending the market for up to 4 times a year.
