JOIN THE FARMERS' MARKET
You must be a financial member of Food Hawke's Bay Inc before becoming a stallholder at the Hawke's Bay Farmers Market.
Becoming a member of Food Hawke's Bay does not automatically mean you will be accepted to the Farmer's Market. The process must be followed.

Food Hawke's Bay Inc members must complete the application form to become a stallholder. Once the completed form has been received you may be asked for further information or invited to discuss your products/produce with the stallholders committee.

The committee may view your premises at any time during your tenure of stall at the Market to verify the authenticity of your application.
The Hawke's Bay Farmers' Market committee review applications at their committee meeting on the first Tuesday of each month - this is the only time that applications are considered.
If your application is successful you will be sent a list of products that you are permitted to sell. Should you wish to introduce new product lines you must submit a new application to the stallholders' committee. Likewise for artisan products, if the sources of your primary produce changes you must submit a new application.
