Fundraiser for St John’s Ambulance Service well received
As St Johns ambulance service has a strong presence in our community and market, it was a pleasure to host this fundraiser for them.
What a great vibe and turnout of locals at the Kerikeri Farmers Market on Sunday, 24th of June. The professionalism shown by the young cadets was outstanding, the training they receive obviously builds a strong platform in their lives. The St Johns staff were in full flight, chopping, grating and flipping the well received Market burgers, with the ingredients donated by market stallholders all fresh and local and very tasty! Ambulance officer Nick Scott kept everyone entertained on guitar with MC for the day Bob Van Pierce adding to the atmosphere with his harmonica .
