Online Registration Forms / Contact Forms

It’s now easy for you to display a web input form to register people in an online database. You can set the names of the fields on the form. Whenever someone completes your form, they are automatically emailed a copy of it with a unique transaction number for their records. You can also be emailed a copy if you wish.

Alternatively, you can keep the form hidden and use it yourself to register people directly if you prefer. Either way, all information entered through your web form is recorded in an online database that is securely visible to you when you login.

Inviting last year’s people to re-register

Once you have a database of people, there is a clever process to help them re-register for each new season. You can simply login and click a button to automatically send a group email to everyone from last season, inviting them to re-register for the new season. Each email automatically contains a unique link that the person can click to see and update their own details for the new season.

Alternatively, you can easily roll registrations forward from last season to the new season if you prefer.

Accept online payments

You also have the option to allow people to pay online when they complete your form. If this online payment option is activated, then your database will automatically show the amounts people have successfully paid. You can easily export your database to Excel.

SuperForms™ - meeting the requirements of sports associations and governing bodies

SuperForms™ allow your governing association to create a web input form and then share it with their affiliated clubs and schools. If a SuperForm™ has been shared with you, then you can use a simple Form Builder to add your own unique fields if you wish, and display it on your website. SuperForms™ allow you to accept registrations and have an online database, while also meeting your reporting requirements to your governing association through the use of this one single form. This lets clubs avoid running a duplicate registration process or separate reporting process.

SuperForms™ achieves this by automatically providing a consolidated report of only the basic fields of registrant data back to the governing association. Note that any additional custom fields that you may have added, or online payment information remains visible only to your club/school and is never shared with your governing association. This allows SuperForms™ to meet the privacy concerns of clubs. It is easy to identify a SuperForm™ if one has been made available for you. This User Guide includes additional instructions for clubs/schools that wish to use SuperForms™ in conjunction with their governing association.

IMPORTANT NOTE: The New Zealand Rugby Union has adopted SuperForms™ from Sportsground.co.nz to enable rugby clubs and schools the ability to accept rugby registrations online instead of using the NZRU paper forms. If you are the administrator for rugby, please refer to the NZRU version of this User Guide.
