TUCKERBOX is situated out on probably the most fertile land in New Zealand, Makauri, Poverty Bay ( Prosperity Bay really)                                                Growing good quality produce is not hard to do taking into account the amazing amount of Sunshine, rain and gutsy soil we have to work with.
We are Citrus growers having New Early Season Oranges to eat in July right through to Late Season Oranges in Late March.

We have mandarins from May till the end of summer.

Always essential in the house are lemons, and these we have all year round, be it for your fresh fish or G&T in summer or a Lemon Honey drink to keep colds and flu at bay in the winter.

This weeks recipe  *Sweet Chilli Peach Gravy*

Add desert spoon of flour to meat juice from the roast - tablespoon of Tuckerbox Sweet Chilli Peach and stir vigorously on hot element till thick and pour over that meat.
