Dad & Daughter Date Night
Dad & Daughter Date Night is an unofficial holiday falling this year on the 5th August to celebrate the special bond shared between and a father and his daughter/s.
We live in an increasingly digital world, however we always appreciate the enjoyment that good old-fashioned face-to-face quality time brings. Dad & Daughter Date Night is just the excuse Dads need to make the time for their daughter/s.
Support Dad & Daughter Date Night...
We’re encouraging restaurants to get behind Dad & Daughter Date Night because providing the perfect venues for those special celebratory events in our lives is what we are all about.
For restaurants wishing to participate in Dad & Daughter Date Night you may like to create a special set menu or a special offer available that evening. (Last year, at Monsoon Poon Wellington we gave every dad & daughter duo a complimentary Champagne Cocktail and Boulcott Street Bistro celebrated with a Girlie Plimmer Cocktail, named after the daughter of John Plimmer who built the bistro’s premises in 1865.) However, Dad & Daughter Date Night is not exclusive to dining out. It’s about encouraging dads and daughters to spend time together. Whether it’s going out to a restaurant or café or just sharing a bag of potato chips and watching a DVD. As long as it’s time spent together, the objective’s achieved.
If you think you’d like to be a part of this event;
