Now in its second year, The Restaurant & Bar Show, will run alongside the Restaurant Association of NZ’s 20th annual Culinary Fare and will bring the entire hospitality industry together. The event takes place from August 19th and 20th at the ASB Showground’s attracting over 4,500 trade customers.
The show’s theme is ‘Keeping it real’ and the event will explore the ‘paddock to plate’ philosophy that is growing in popularity around the country. This includes issues of sustainability, local supply, pure foods, and quality ingredients.
