Twenty-five year old Nadia Lim is the winner of Masterchef NZ 2011 and will be presenting at the 2012 Conference in Parnell. She has published a cookbook called Nadia’s Kitchen that borrows from her Masterchef experience as well as her background as a dietician and nutritionist.
